I recommend the venue to anyone. Nice staff, great views on the lake, everything is excellent. Glad I took queen room, it was spotless and top-class. The location is stunning and particularly good in a stunning area, not far from the lovely garden overlooking the lake. Also, it's located 2 km from Ardessie Falls.

We stayed at The Birches for three nights while exploring the NC500 route. The owner, Ishbel, was incredibly friendly and gave us great tips for the surrounding areas. The room was recently refurbished to a high standard and very clean. The comfortable bed and tasteful decor made for a cozy stay. The location by the loch provided beautiful views, and the outdoor seating was perfect for enjoying a drink. Breakfast was delicious, with options tailored to our preferences. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
